Easy to use
I’m really not sure why this app has such a low rating. I used this app during my recent stay and had no problems whatsoever. I loved that I could make and view my dinner reservations. I thought it was simple to understand and useful!
In the future, I would love to see a map included, pool activities, and be able to access charges on my account. It could be expanded in so many ways, but this is a great start!

Really wanted to give it 0 stars
Really shocked at the poor design of this app and the unresponsiveness of the Pueblo Bonito Sunset staff. I have reached out to app support and the Sunset concierge with no reply. I am trying to arrange something special for my wife’s birthday and it has me reconsidering this purchase. The app team should be ashamed for putting out a product so poorly built. Really..provide me with an alphanumeric reservation number but the app only allows numbers. Frustrating!!!!
Update. The new app interface looks nice. However it still only accepts numbers. Our reservation has letters. I have called the concierge, reservations, virtual assistant and emailed both the resort and the main site. I did get a response from the main office “ not my dept.” This type of service is appalling. Is this the way you want to treat your guests?

Maddening to Use!
This app needs some serious attention. It goes around in circles asking over and over to put in my owner info and my reservation number. Yet, when I try to actually interact with the app (make or change a golf tee time) the app tells me I’m not registered or that our owner number is already in use. ACK!!!!! I’ve entered it 6 times now!!! I’ll just call….
