Pullups are good for everyone - these are basic exercises that develop the upper body muscle groups.

The program presents different levels of training on the horizontal bar, you can choose appropriate for you, improve, perform at the end of each level test day pull-ups and move on to the next level up to 50 pullups.

By the way, the world record for pulling up - 612 times =)

Create this application was forced by a sit-down job - I wanted regular workouts, I wanted to see my result, to have a clear system of exercises.

The application also calculates the calories that you will burn at each day of the pull-ups.

The app says it’s in English, and the screenshots are in English, but the app appears to all be Russian. I don’t read Russian, so it’s not useful.
