O2 is not accurate

I have emphysema, asthma, and pulmonary fibrosis. It was silly of me to think this app was accurate, but I figured if they were charging for it, it might get close as other free apps heart rates were pretty spot on. However this has me satting at 100% even when I’m gasping for air. I wish I could get my money back. I really do. I gave two stars because at least the pulse seems close.

This is accurate

At first I was like why is my heart rate low like 55 or 58 I’m pretty sure it’s in the 60’s then I checked on other apps and other equipment like actual Oximeters, and blood pressure machines and it’s in the 58, 57 at rest off course, so it’s pretty accurate not exact but it’s a couple numbers off, like maybe 2 on the beats per minute or 2 on oxygen levels, but I don’t see anything wrong with that, all you people can’t appreciate his/her hard work then just don’t leave anything negative, delete it and leave him/her alone, it’s a fine peace of work.

It depends on you

I see many reviews saying pulse is way off. When I use the app, it is fairly accurate with the doctor’s office. The trick is realizing not to hold too tightly over the lens, this restricts blood flow and reduces the pulse in your finger. That being said, this is not intended to replace your professional equipment. If you have concerns, see your doctor.
