5 FREAKING MINUTES!!!!!

I wasn’t ready to believe that what at first I thought was just valueless coins had actually turned out to be coins u could cash out with and when I had realized that I made a weeks pay I. 5 minutes I was so enlightened that I had to take a step back and actually make sure this was real my roommates are highly upset because I found a way to enjoy my time online and not have to really worry about money for the time being I’ve cashed out twice so far and it’s more than legit and I plan to keep playing as long as they keep paying !!!!!!!!

Winning not allowed at Pulsz

I’m not sure if the app algorithms have changed or what, but the win percentage is DEFINITELY not what it used to be. The app used to be pretty fair as far as maintaining win percentages comparable to a brick-and-mortar casino. You would win some and lose some, but it was possible to win and cash out fairly regularly. In the last 4-5 months, it has become entirely impossible to reach the payout minimum. I know luck fluctuates - I spend a great deal of time in casinos and I accept that I’m not always going to win. I do, however, recognize the difference between when I’m down on my luck and when the settings on the games have been tampered with. I’m sure that Pulsz will say this is not the case if they reply, but I assure you that the win percentage (and definitely the dollar amount of the rare win you’ll get) have GREATLY decreased in recent months. My advice is: if you choose to use this app, play with the free credits they give you everyday. It’s next to nothing, but it’s better than throwing your money away. Save your cash for a real casino. You’ll have more fun and at least have a decent chance at cashing out.

Do NOT play this game they will close your account for NOTHING

I downloaded this and so did a hand full of my family and friends. Everybody has been playing. I played for a whole day (without betting) to get a feel for the games. I then verified my account with my ID and a bill. It accepted it because why not? I added my debit card (which is also my fiancés we SHARE an account and I’m listed on said account) our bank instantly texted us asking if there was a fraud. We replied “no” and to accept all charges for this app. I played a whole day spent 100$ (no wins btw) and THEN they shut off my account and wouldn’t let me play anymore? I contacted customer service via email and they responded saying they turned my account off and I couldn’t get another one and they didn’t even list the reasoning but said I violated the terms and conditions? How do? You accepted my ID, my bill AND my banking and also TOOK MONEY! now you all of a sudden turn my account off for NO REASON? I suggest not downloading this app and go somewhere else where your valued and not wasted. The response I got was rude and very short with no detail. Crappy customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen for an app

I went to withdraw the $30 I earned and had to complete the KYC verification. No problem, I understand it’s the law. Well I couldn’t change my preferred name automatically filled in by my Apple account to match the name on my driver’s license, so that’s one reason why I was instructed to contact customer support. The name on my account didn’t match the name on my documents and there was nothing I could do about it. I admit I also misread something for submitting my proof of address, so I submitted an outdated bank statement and that was my fault.

Well fast forward to when I was instructed to contact support. The agent was very helpful with telling me what I need to do, but then they IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE TICKET BEFORE I COULD RESPOND TO THEIR QUESTION. I tried to contact support a second time, but it’s been several business hours and I haven’t gotten a reply.

There are easier apps to work with on the App Store. Do NOT waste your time and, for the love of God, do NOT waste your money!!!

THIS APP IS SCAM !!! Wish I knew before

I’ve lost hundreds of dollars on betting . Game is super rigged. I finally win 100$, now it seems like I can’t get my winnings . I’ve added 2 different bank account and it’s still Saying that each bank declined the cash. On top of that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Just imagine how much people they do this too. The US go by laws and I’m pretty sure this is against the law . If my situation is not resolved “I will be seeking legal assistance, I might lose more paying but it’ll be worth it. Totally wrong

Would give 0 stars if I could

I won $750 on this app and played it down to $650 attempted to verify myself by turning in my id and whatnot. After I turned everything in it told me to allow time for processing and when I check back in an hour or two, they had locked my account and when I proceeded to email them, they said it was due to the fact I tried to open or play under another account which is completely false because I only have one email, at this point they said that they had closed my account and forfeited my winnings and since then I have emailed them multiple times with no response! So basically they gave me some false reason as to why they did not pay me out and have not responded since ! what a joke! play at your own risk! They could have at least gave me the money that I put in back as a nice gesture but instead they robbed me all together… A single mom of four kids!

Fair & square

So I had played with the bonus sweeps coins that they provided me upon sign up. I won around $700+ dollars fair and square. When I tried to verify my identity and address I was told that my account was fraudulent and was unable to cash out. I was well within the terms and conditions and to the best of my knowledge not engaged in any fraudulent activity. I won the money fair and square. Well Pulsz terminated my account and did not allow me to withdraw the funds that I won fair and square. Without explanation I left empty handed and I feel I was cheated out of the money I had won fair and square. I provided all documentation to prove I am who I say I am. Yet still my account was terminated. This was an incredibly unfair non valid outcome to what was to be the beginning of a great relationship between the casino and myself. Unless this is resolved I highly recommend staying as far away from this casino as possible.

Don’t win anymore

When I first downloaded this app I won frequently. Now all it does is take money! Bonus rounds rarely hit anymore..I’ve introduced many coworkers and they hit all the time! I’m talking like $1500 $2-3k! I can barely get $200 and spend more than that at a time. There’s no place to update the app I may just delete it. I can see when it glitches or the spins go super fast. The games where you have to have a money ball in all the spaces NEVER has dropped. I’ve had 14 (needed 15) so many times and that’s when the spins speed up. I like playing and it’s convenient because I don’t have to drive 2hrs or longer to another state because my state doesn’t have casinos. I know it’s a gamble but I feel there’s more to it than the randomized spins..

This app is a scam

I don’t know how many people really win on here but in my case they have taken so much I screen recorded some of my plays because the reels would land on a win then it was like it glitched. The end result was not a win. When I reported it I was told that gambling. I have yet to see anything

Did I mention I screen recorded my games?? Each and every game I tried on this top of the line scam job did the same thing. It would stop on a win then change. Or it didn’t count t it as a win and then there were the times it would but for some reason it didn’t add it to your winnings. I also noticed through all of the reviews there didn’t ever seem to be a reply back to the thousands of negative reviews. All I can say is Karma is on a war path after screwing all of these people over like you have.

Better then the others

So I have been playing on Pulsz for about a year and have encountered a couple of issues which customer support handled immediately. In my experience this is the best online casino I have encountered so far. I have never caught it taking out double what I bid like I have on other sites and Pulsz gives you the option to play the jackpot with your gold coins unlike another site that just takes as much of your coins as it wants to. I don’t win a lot and of course that makes me angry but that is gambling, not the fault of the site.
