Pupillary Distance is the distance between the center of your pupils and is an important value for prescription eyeglasses and VR headsets.

This app is not free and doesn’t work. The free version scans your face for less than a second and gives you an inaccurate result. The full version is $2.99 and I cannot speak to it’s effectiveness.
Accuracy doubtful
The app measurements are -2mm offset from the Optometrist’s measurements. Not confident with the accuracy compared to physical measurement.
