PURE BARRE TECHNIQUE: WHAT IT IS & WHY IT WORKS
Our low-impact workouts contain a thoughtful series of small, controlled movements that use your own body weight to produce strong, lean muscles without the bulk. Full-body workouts follow a quick progression of exercises designed to isolate and target your arms, thighs, seat, and abs. You’ll use some kind of a support (wall, countertop, etc.) and have the option to add other light equipment as you move through class, targeting specific muscle groups in your body (e.g., tops of your thighs) with each exercise. You’ll work each muscle group to fatigue and then stretch it out, resulting in strength, length, and an overall leaner physique.

Great but content opportunities
I use this app religiously. It has totally transformed my postpartum body when I don’t have the opportunity to make it to live classes any longer. I only wish there were new classes added more often. I’d also love to see the double tube incorporated more often. More descriptive class info would be helpful in selecting which class to take as well.
I took PB consistently for years before having a baby. Since becoming a stay at home mommy, I haven't been able to make it into the studio at all. I have MISSED it! Fast forward to today, and I've now taken three PB on demand classes. I'm obsessed and actually so happy to feel that amazing soreness again. I was worried that they wouldn't be challenging, but they feel like PLENTY to my post-baby, no workout for 10 months bod.
So far I've only taken the 45 Minutes with Amanda 1&2 and Brooklyn 1. Each have been perfect. I hope they add more of these videos because they almost make me feel like I'm back in a normal class! Great verbal cues and energy AND you can hear the music well.

Buffering and Freezing Issues
I recently moved 45 minutes away from my studio and though I get to class on commute-
to-work days, the app is great to fill in on days I’m not in the studio area. Love the workouts just wish they would buffer correctly and not freeze mid workout. The workouts really are designed with at home functionality in mind. I’ve used different TV’s and different Fire Sticks and the freezing issue remains. Functioned great on my brand new iPhone but who wants to workout while watching their phone? I would love these bugs to be fixed!
