Had its hiccups

It was pretty difficult to actually implement about a year ago with lots of glitches but now it seems to work decently well!

I don’t recommend PureChat at all.

The app is horrible. You try to get into the app to turn your chat on, and it’ll say the chat is on already (even if you turned it off), then it’ll freeze, then it’ll say it’s off. OR, it’ll tell you it’s on, so you’ll turn it off, and it won’t register. So what happens then is that customers keep using the live chat when you’re not available to help them, and you thought you turned it off!

Aside from this, when a customer needs help, you get into the app really quick and the app freezes and just sits there motionless for AT LEAST 30 seconds. Meanwhile, that customer is sitting there for that entire 30 seconds just waiting. This app is ridiculous.

Zero Support! Stopped Delivering Chat Notifications

The app has stopped delivering chats, which makes it pretty useless. I have tried contacting numerous times on the website, on the app, and as a last resort I messaged them on Facebook messenger. The messenger shows they read the message but didn’t take the time to respond.

This company has shown ZERO customer service or accountability for support.

I also find it ironic that the chat service on their own service is not attended to, and is unresponsive when I leave a message 👎🤣 Way to represent the use of chat services. Finding another provider immediately.
