To be fair I haven’t tried any other chat softwares but I do know we love this one. Super easy to set up, use, and customize. Not sure I could ask for any better! Highly recommend!
Very buggy - missed out on the chats too many times
I really tried liking this app. I’ve missed my visitors multiple times because: 1. the app was late to notify me, 2. did not notify my at all, 3. notified me only after idling. A usual occurrence is a 2-3 min late notification, after a chat has been initiated and for someone browsing on a website that’s a very long time to wait for an answer.
Maybe upgrading it to a paid version would fix the bug but at this moment I can not afford it as a small, starting business owner. Too bad because it’s a very easy to navigate.
Not the smoothest transition between apps while in a conversation with a client.
I really don't like that when you get a message in a notification it doesn't show up in your conversation. So if you were researching something when they responded and have to open the app again you don't see that message.
Other than those two small things it's pretty effective.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
