I am really surprised with this app and It’s the first time that I give an online shopping application a ( 5 stars ), because this app deserve it 100% , I found it so useful and helpful , especially for people in a country like Iraq , which most of the online shopping companies does not ship to it , best things in this app are : ( easy to use for everyone, there’s an explanation about how you can purchase anything from any online site like : ( amazon/ali express/nike...etc ) by their app , tracking options for your order until it’s complete and the last ,best thing in this app is ( their technical support ), they have very fast,helpful ,notBot/auto reply support and what ever you ask them they will answer you 🌹.... best experience with this app , you must have it .

We always hear the citation "the customer is always right" but I didn't really feel it anywhere except in this platform, all other companies try their best to convince consumers to buy , pure platform tries it's best to gain a customer trust and it never brake mine. I hope this is going somewhere, all the best.

Pure platform used to be good at it’s beginning, now it’s a mess the thing is there is an option for delivery of the package you pay in advance, sometimes when ordering more than an item half reach the storage and half be delayed so the staff act on their own by sending the first half then sending the second half and asking for another delivery payment which is literally down bad, even though the support is informed that a delivery must be made only when the hole order is completed and ready, all that aside the support themselves are lazy in different ways and blame the customer for their lacks and faults, probably never using the app again until these problems are fixed.
