Purrr 4+

Love this app!

I just found this app. Thank you for creating it. There is just something so soothing and relaxing about a cat/kitty purring. I love nature sounds and had been looking for “cat’s purring” recording or app on and off for months. Finally found your app.

The little hiccup is a little weird and may be bothersome to some. To me it reminds me each cat/kitty has a different purr. And each of their purrs are different. They purr when scared or sick not just happy. They purr to calm and soothe themselves, each other and their humans. Sometimes they have a cold, etc. so the little hiccup didn’t bother me.

I love that we can add a picture of our cat to the app. I also love the black fur background. That said some may not like black fur. Are there plans for different fur options? Not just adding a picture of our cat.

Hiccup

I really like the idea of this app, but would like to make a suggestion. I love the purring it does sound very real but I can hear a slight hiccup when the recording turns over. Is there a way for the recording to be a longer length before it re-plays or get rid of the hiccup when it replays.????

I actually have a little cat at home that sleeps right by my head every night and purrs and purrs. She's 12 years old and I was looking for something to fill the void when she leaves us some day.

Calming a feral

I love this simple little app of a cat purring. I'm involved with several cat rescue organizations and recently received a very scared and stressed Siamese cat. Nothing I could do would calm him until I found this app. I downloaded it to my iPod and let it purr next to him in his cuddle cup. He immediately started to close his eyes and relax.
This little purr machine is brilliant on many levels..
