PursueCare provides virtual, judgment-free addiction recovery services for individuals struggling with alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and other addictive substances. We also provide support for co-occurring mental health conditions. Same-day admissions are available so you can connect with care and start treatment right away. You’ll receive immediate access to a team of addiction and mental health specialists including physicians, psychiatric providers, counselors, pharmacists, and case managers. Our in-house pharmacy, PursueCareRx, can fill your prescriptions and deliver them directly to you. We accept many private insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid. What’s Inside the App - A personalized treatment plan tailored to your recovery for alcohol and/or other substances. - Private video appointments with licensed medical and counseling staff that fit your schedule. - Access to FDA-authorized digital therapeutics for 24/7 recovery support. - Low-cost medications shipped directly to you. - Ability to access details of your treatment plan and chat with your care team. How to Get Started 1. Download the app and create an account. Fill out your profile by answering some basic questions. 2. A Patient Access Specialist will contact you to complete your profile, discuss insurance and/or payment options, and set up your first appointment. 3. Meet with your clinical team. They will assess your needs, create a personalized treatment plan, and write any necessary prescriptions. 4. Meet with your Case Manager who can help keep you on track and connect you with helpful tools and resources to support your recovery. 5. Start your journey to better health and a better life. What to Expect Treatment happens on your time, when and where it is convenient for you. You will have access to on-demand check-ins with your Case Manager, at-home drug screening, self-assessments, and regular therapy and MAT appointments. During these appointments, we encourage you to bring up any questions or concerns you might have. PursueCare does not let any third parties track user data, and we do not disclose protected health information for any reason other than to facilitate care. We do not collect and sell any data to third parties for advertising or other similar purposes. We do not record patient visits or store data from patient video visits on their device. PursueCare has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Accreditation by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards.

I have been with PursueCare for about 12 years and I couldn’t have asked for for a better doctor or team than I have right now! Tamela goes above and beyond for her patients and not just from a doctors standpoint either. Very understanding and compassionate. I’ve had a few different care coordinators but by far Rachel is awesome. She also is so helpful and actually does her job, she assists you with making appointments but also researched for me to receive help when I was homeless. If it wasn’t for these 2 women idk where I’d be.. wait yeah I do, I’d be in a ditch, dumped on the side of the road, or 6ft under, I’d be once again hopeless and would still be the same, sad, broken, damaged and guarded little girl I was when I came to here to get help! So thank you PursueCare for saving my life and countless others, just for everything you do, going above and beyond for the patients. 10/10 would recommend any lost soul just try this program, I guarantee you won’t regret it. What’s the worst that could happen? 😉

I was in a very dark place for a long time! I was addicted to pain pills and I was just finally tired, tired of spending money I worked so hard for to just be gone in a day or so… with having children I didn’t have the means to go to a clinic, I have two small children and at the time no vehicle to transport me to a clinic… A friend told me about the app and from the day I downloaded the app my life truly changed for the better, immediately I sent up a appointment witch I got the next day I got assigned to a care coordinator who then sent me the mouth swab kit and it only took 3 days for them to receive I got my medication within a week of downloading the app! Purdue is convenient and it works for me and my life ! I have a amazing care team I get help with my mental health along with my addiction treatment and my psychiatrist also treats my depression anxiety my sleep problems and my adhd ! I have been with pursue almost 5 years and I am so glad I made the decision to get clean and go with pursue ! I am so thankful!

4 stars because I’ve been with them for over a year and I hardly speak to my psych doctor. I’m failing drug screen me nobody cares because my doctor doesn’t at a word. I need to be held accountable but nobody is doing that so I continue to use. I know it’s not in them but me but they should have some kind of counseling. I haven’t seen the first counselor and it’s been almost 2 years now I’ve been here..
