Excellent App, One Request
Request: Is there any way the app could export the data shown into a CSV file? Being able to show this data to our network folks would be a big help!
v3.1 of Push Diagnostics is just about perfect considering where Apple is going with regards to enterprise support. This gives the ability to demonstrate to network support folks if they've got things configured properly and THAT is a huge help!
Excellent app, one suggestion
great application! thank you!
My suggestion is that when a test fails, in the log report the port that it’s trying and the source IP, this way we can more easily check the firewall settings.
also the final success/fail report is incorrect, any failures report as 2 success 2 fail, even if 3 of the tests fail. The visual representation is correct, just in the logs it reporting wrong.
Only way to test Push
Push Notification allows me to instantly see whether my Mac can reach the Apple Push Notification service. If not, something’s wrong with the network. Though I could use telnet to test basic connectivity, I can’t use telnet to test an actual push notification. You need an app for that; why not use this app?
