Sets

This is more of a question than a review. Are we meant to do all the sets in a relatively short amount of time? I know you’re supposed to rest a minute in between but can you also do it over the course of a whole day if you’re busy?

Hi James! The idea is to do all sets in a relatively short amount of time. So you might take a couple of minutes but I would say a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes between each set. Otherwise the final 100 will be very very hard te complete after six weeks. But it’s totally up to you of course :)
