For anyone who has gym memberships and exhausted all different kinds of workout methodologies, PVOLVE is a game-changer! I was feeling so bored and frustrated with working out and not seeing the results I felt I should have for the work I was putting in. PVOLVE changed that for me. I love the assortment of trainers, workouts and focused series they offer. Now when I am working out and utilizing a lot of their equipment that is unique and specific, I can feel and see the difference in all of my muscles and joints that are working. I love that they have different allotments of time for workouts for those of us that maintain busy lifestyles and schedules. There is truly something for everyone! And you don’t have to wait a long period of time to see a difference in your body and how you feel. My only critique is that there are times that the on-demand workouts don’t zoom in on particular pieces of equipment and how to utilize them properly, so I have to pause and try to look a little closer or really listen to what the trainer is describing. My only suggestion would be to have other camera angles in some of the videos and zoom in on some of the equipment that is being used. I am loving PVOLVE and would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering trying PVOLVE for their workout portion of self-care!!

I practiced the aerial silks and static trapeze as my main method of fitness for almost a decade until a mysterious injury in my deltoid region started to prevent me from being able to do much of anything for long with my arms raised overhead. I despaired of ever finding a way to exercise that I found as enjoyable and engaging as the aerial arts—and then I discovered p.volve a year ago. It is not a substitute for the aerial arts and it is not in the same category, but it has filled that void for me that I thought nothing ever could. It’s such an approachable, engaging way to exercise, and the app makes it super convenient (I just cast the videos to my TV via Bluetooth). There are SO MANY workouts to choose from, and the instructors are INCREDIBLE! I am constantly encouraging my friends to give it a try and was able to persuade my mom to dive in, and she and I text each other most days of the week to share what workout we did that day. I am able to work around my injury and still get amazing workouts. I also travel quite a lot for work, and am able to take most of the equipment with me on trips. If there was a studio location in my city, I’d be excited to go in person as well! But working out at home makes staying consistent a breeze. I’m so grateful to have discovered p.volve and I highly recommend!

I am on week two of the Moving in Menopause Series! I’m feeling stronger already! I’m a 58 year old teacher and I am learning while I workout! I’ve told all my teacher friends at work about PVOLVE and my husband said he wants to workout with me as well. Your app is lovely! When I see, “ So good to see you, Sonya!”and then my checked off workouts…I can’t wait to check my next workout to see what equipment I need! I LOVE my Travel bundle and I cannot wait for my ankle weights and Pball to arrive today! Delivery was fast! The only thing I need is that cute PVOLVE sweatshirt to come back in stock and I’m for sure ordering that bag coming soon. My energy level is up and it’s the end of my school year (20 more school days ! lol! ) we are all counting down with the kids but I’ve never been this excited about a workout! I love that I can stream anytime! I get out of bed in the morning, do my 25-35 minute workout, jump in the shower and head to work feeling good. Do need my recovery ❤️‍🩹 drink but soreness is not horrible like other workouts have been. The trainers are awesome and so informative and have very cute workout gear! So now I want cute gear! P.volve saved my life. I had one of those mornings when I was in my late twenties where my lower back suddenly went “out” for no specific reason I could detect. I couldn’t walk for weeks and didn’t feel healed until months later. I realized I needed to make a change and somehow, thank goodness, I found P.volve. Maeve and Zach’s workouts especially make me feel tuned up and balanced again. Antonietta’s back series gave me some incredible tools to help me understand what happened with my back years ago. I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt, have defined abs, and yet I only work out about four times a week for half an hour each time. I’ve been doing this program for about five years now. They always say that the method is about consistency, efficiency, and intention. It’s so true. Stick with it and you’ll be so glad you did. I feel like I’ll be singing their praises in my eighties.
