PWRBLD takes your weight training to the next level! We're launching with a variety of tools that powerlifters and bodybuilders love. You'll use it every day!

From Collin Whitney, the creator of PWRBLD Gym, comes the PWRBLD App. A simple, free, easy-to-use app that cuts through the BS to give you the tools that you need. We're just getting started and so much to show you in 2023.

Right now, PWRBLD includes a beautiful barbell plate calculator to take the math and guesswork out of training. It works with any type of bar, LBS and KG plates, and any type of barbell collar. And what's convenient is that for each individual input you can choose between LBS or KG and not be stuck with only one type of units. We think it's the best-looking and most functional bar loader tool on the market.

Want to train using with Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) and Reps In Reserve (RIR)? We have a tool for that too. With just a few taps you'll instantly know your RPE/RIR estimated max and what to weight to use for your next set based on Target Reps, Target RPE, and Target RIR.

We've also included a Powerlifting Score calculator for those of you who like to see where you stand. And we've included all the formulas: DOTS, IPF GL, Wilks-2, IPF, and Old Wilks. Use it to constantly improve!

Speaking of improvement, PWRBLD also includes a One Rep Max (1RM) calculator. And we've gone above and beyond by providing you with eight different 1RM formulas. Check them out and keep pushing your max to new limits!

And to make life easier in the gym, we've also included a simple LBS to KG and KG to LBS calculator. No more guesswork with plates or weights. Plus for more convenience, our converter shows an approximate conversion calculation and a precise conversion calculation.

This app is perfect for training days when you need a quick calculation on your max rep projection or can't find the kilos to pounds chart. Or, when you don't want to worry about math and just want to get the bar loaded so you can bust out your set.

Just AMRAPed your best yet and want to know what your max is? A quick tap and you can find out!

And this is just phase 1! Get in now as more is to come, including programming built by Collin Whitney, record holder with multiple highly successful athletes. And then the final version, which will bring his PWRBLD Reactive record-setting programming to the globe! Some of the specific things we'll be releasing soon are daily workouts, workout tracker, meet day prep tools, PR tracker, and more.
