How to use this app
*Download the app from the Play Store.
*Install the app in your Mobile
*Track- enter tracking number e.g.(QA123456789PH) and verify to check the item status.
*Pay PO Box - enter P.O. box number to verify and prepare your credit card details.
*Branches- locate our branches, collection point, and smart lockers.
*Call us- direct call to our call center line.
QatarPost app was designed with a user friendly interface.

Why does this app exists?
There are nothing but information about the offices branches and the annual fees payments, forgot to say there is an option to track some registered shipments locally with (I’m not a robot verification) but no actual services for the postal members like checking mail box and public postal services. This app is more like a brochure for the post office. My 0.25 riyal for you is not to waste your internet data downloading it.
Need improvement
The app tracks the packages that has already arrived to Qatar by Track number or ID number ( doesn t work usually even if package is available)
I suggest to add search by phone number . So instead of waiting for counter 10 to give u such info we can save time and get our package from the windows straight. In addition parcels sometimes change the track numbers from origin which is difficult to find unless Qpost remember to contact u .
Nice but need more options
Nice app but it would be much beneficial if registered users can login to QPost account and check the status of their orders directly from the app.
Right now I hav to check the email and find the track number and then check the status in the app !!!
