Increase volume for QCY-ht01 and add equalizer support.
Qcy-ht01, there is no equalizer support please add. Also please increase total output volume for the headphones as it is very low. The ear bud seal is also not so great which further decreases sound output.
Works very well with the HT01C ANC buds
I am very pleased with the earbuds ($37 on Wish, $70+ through other US sources). Have the Sony WF1000XM4 and these cheap buds almost measure up in sound and comfort. The app is actually pretty good, love that has an equalizer to balance the sound to my taste. Only taking one star off because the app only connects when you open the case and remove the buds. If you’re using them and try to open the app after it won’t connect.
One review mentioned buds that didn’t seal well, I have that problem all the time so I have a big pill bottle full of extra tips as I apparently have unusually large ear holes and the tips that came with these would not seal (same with Sony!). A tight seal is essential for best sound and noise canceling.
It needs to be online even for switching EQ or Noise cancelling modes.
Not only it requires you to register an account, which arguably a common practice between these Chinese brands it’s still wrong, it even needs to be online for each change you do while in the app, be that EQ presets or setting the ANC levels beyond the defaults! It’s ridiculous, and just refuses to work in airplane mode or when there is no data (remote place, data deactivated in the phone or disallowed mobile data use for the app)
