Terrible app

I’m beyond frustrated with this app. It’s beyond buggy and doesn’t work properly. You pay enough money for toys that only work with this app and you can’t even get the app running properly. Luckily I wasn’t wearing mine at the time, but it randomly logged me out of my account and won’t let me back in. Now my expensive toy is useless and unusable, I can’t access my account, and when I try recovering it by “forgot my password” or “phone number verification login” the app crashes. What a joke! Never buying anything connected to this app ever again.

Getting Better

Im rewriting my review. I gave it 1 Star before but in the last 2 weeks it has been getting better.

This still has a lot of problems but I can see that they are devoting a lot of effort to make this app work. There is still no current User Guide, and most everything in the app is written in Chinese. Obviously that has to change.

But I appreciate the progress that is being made and believe it is safe for basic use between a Wearer and the Keyholder. Everything else is not critically important anyway.

Cannot scroll on login screen

Extremely frustrating trying to figure this app out. I emailed support and they said they couldn’t find my order in their database. So much for support. The registration link is at the bottom of the page. My phone has a small screen and I couldn’t see the link and couldn’t scroll down to find it. A friend with a larger iPhone created registration for me and now I can use the device.
It should not be this difficult. Fix the app so it can scroll on the login screen
