Our app is specifically designed for field engineers, technicians, maintenance personnel, and anyone within the organization requiring access. Available on iPhones and iPads, QModo provides essential support in routine tasks throughout the typical work day as well. Our platform will increase productivity, reduce escalations due to improper work, improve overall competency, facilitate information and expertise exchange, while developing technician and field personnel confidence and professionalism.
The app provides secure user access based on roles and responsibilities, allows customers to grant access to other staff, manufacturer reps, guests, and first responders to utilize appropriate content to solve issues.
