Frozen Funds

Currently Qonto is illegally withholding funds from me that are being direct deposited from a German employer as well as child welfare funds paid by the German government. They continue to tell me excuses and promise the money will be available within a week and I am now having to pay an attorney to take legal action. Highly recommend that you do not register for an account with Qonto for this reason.

we are very sorry that you have had this experience. Qonto manages business accounts and not the private funds of our customers. We also have to comply with official procedures when an account is seized due to seizure.

Expensive

While we like the offerings we think it is too expensive credit card and general yearly accounting rate. We plan to move to another bank soon.
