Won't even launch on my 2019 Macbook Pro

Please can you confirm what format you are exporting as? We offer vector export in EPS and PDF which are crisp no matter how much you zoom in - the PNG and TIFF should also be crisp if you could contact us at contact@runecats.com with an example blury export - then we can look into this for you and get it resolved asap!

Useless

Doesn't do absolutely nothing extra compared to some online free code generators. Yes, free. I would say interface is even harder to use and slower. $20 for a free product :)

Later edit: developer is right about the price, I've made a typo. App was $11.99. Still doesn't change my mind about the utility of the app, the fact that there are free websites that do same thing for free.

I do respect developer's work, that's why has 3 stars and not 1. It's not an hate review, not an 1-star-because-it's-not-free review, I did not asked for refund. I just think that for $11.99 app is not offering anything extra compared to some free alternatives and interface/navigation need work.

QR Generator Factory, allows an extensive range of design tools to make your perfect QR code, including but not limited to: pixel types, gradients, image clipping to the QR, logo overlaying, backgrounds, shadows and more. QR Generator Factory allows you to batch export hundreds of QR codes in seconds to your finalised design. It's a great tool for both business and personal use, to our knowledge there are no free code generators which offer these tool sets, in fact there aren't many paid generators which have as extensive tool set as QR Generator Factory.

Our application has had years upon years of development and unfortunately we cannot work for free, a good portion of our earnings are taken by the AppStore so we don't bring in much revenue, as this is a paid product we encourage our customers to suggest new ideas and ways our application can improve to your work flow. If there is a feature you feel QR Generator Factory should have, then please let us know and we'll see what we can do! Likewise if you feel we could improve the user interface in anyway please let us know and we'll review and do some market research to see if it will benefit the majority of our users.

Also we have never charged $20 for our app, our app launched at $12.99 and is now $11.99 - one of our competitors has a similar name and they charge $20 - are you sure you have reviewed the correct app?
