QR Generator Pro provides a similar user interface to our popular Barcode Generator Pro app, but offers a huge range of features to create and design QR codes.
QR Generator Pro allows you to enter as much data as you like, and offers many different data types such as Text, Email, Calendar events, Wi-Fi networks, URL,
Phone numbers including FaceTime), SMS (including WhatsApp), Social profiles and Contact cards (VCard and MeCard). For the URL data type we also offer the ability to shorten the URLs making the QR less complicated.
QR Generator Pro offers a huge range of tools to design your QR code, including the ability to set it to any color, create linear or radial gradients or even clip images to them. You can also set shadows in any color and set background colors (or have it transparent).
QR Generator Pro allows you to add your logo to the QR code and choose its size and position on the QR and also has the ability to add borders to the code, with control of the border size.
QR Generator Pro, includes the ability to set correction levels and color spaces of RGB, CMYK and Grayscale.
QR Generator has a built in QR verifier so if you see ' QR Code Verified' you know your code can be read!
You can export your QR code in EPS, TIFF, PNG, PDF or you can copy to the clipboard or drag the QR onto another app.
Unlike our main competitor we can export EPS with gradients and can export PDF with gradient and transparency.

App will not load
I bought this about a year ago and everything worked fine. But about 6 months ago I noticed the app would not load. It just crashes immedietely into th error reporting page. I've hoped to get some type of update but to no avail.

We've been making some big under-the-hood changes, look out for 5.0.8 which is awaiting approval from Apple which should hopefully resolve your issue, there have been some big changes in Sonoma which has meant we've had to recode big portions of the app, We've been working very hard on this and appreciate your patience while we've been working on this!
Handy app...has one issue though
I don't use most of the more advanced features of this app (inserting logos, etc). I just use it for creating pretty standard QR codes. There are a lot of free generators out there but pretty much all of them make you route all your links through their service (I guess for tracking purposes). This one doesn't do that and that's why I use it. There is one problem that has cropped up though...I think it was after the most recent update...it no longer lets me enter anything into the main text box. I have to go into the "edit raw data" area to enter the URL I want to use. And again, because I don't want to be routing people through 3rd party services...I don't want to use Love Bytes. It's hard to tell if it's now forcing me to do so by entering the information in this way.

Hello and thank you for your review, we introduced Dynamic QR's using Lovebyt.es so users can track and dynamically change the URLs of their QR codes - this is not a mandatory feature and is intended more for business/pro users, so unless you actively choose to shorten the QR with Lovebyt.es it will never route through the service.
You would also know if it is routing through the service as you will see a lovebyt.es URL in the raw text of QR Generator Pro when you create it.
I hope that's clarified that for you - and I can confirm we will never force you to go through a service in the future (it actually costs us money for this to happen, so it's better for us if you don't!)
Perfect app for pumping up custom QR Codes
Re-rating this app 5 stars after a recent update fixed a bug. This app is great for keeping things simple and letting you pump out multiple QR Codes as quick as you want to.
