Fixed a rare crash on iPad that could occur if you were viewing the results of a callsign lookup, then rotated the device.

Fixed an error with QRZ and HamQTH authentication. If your session has expired, the app will try to re-authenticate you. If that fails, a login prompt will be shown.

If you've denied location access, you will now see relevant info in Live Spots. QRV does not need location access to run, but Live Spots requires it!

* Did a lot of optimization on the Live Spots logic to improve performance and loading. * The large widget now shows a clear indication of when grids and operators aren't available, instead of displaying zeros. Spot counts by band are always current. * Premium users will now see the option in Settings to "register" your callsign.
