Absolutely Obsessed

I absolutely love this app! I am not a person who writes reviews but this app has brought so much joy into my life that I have to. The majority of self care apps require you to pay (and that makes me so frustrated) but this app is completely free! I get access to everything, I think that is so meaningful because I want to be able to do all the exercises without limits and this app lets you. The app runs so smoothly and the duck is super cute! I am obsessed with all the exercises like gratitude jar, bamboo forest, worry box, watermelon tai chi and treasure box. Thank you for making this app and for allowing everyone to experience caring for themselves at no cost! Appreciate you all and I am going to recommend this to all my friends, anyone, and everyone! I can not believe it is not more popular because it is so good! If you are interested in self care and have a love for journaling, I think you will love this too. App of the year for me, thank you so much for making it! <3

I love the bamboo forest

The app is really good. It helps me calm down after doing the exercises. I also love the bamboo forest, how you can send kind words or write down about something it’s great!
I do wish that there was a double confirmation before you send a reply to someone because I accidentally sent a reply cut off and since I can’t get the subscription i couldn’t reply to say it was a mistake. I feel so bad and I would really appreciate it if you could add double confirmation when you send something so replies don’t get cut off.
One more thing, there is a weird bug where when I feed the duck, I don’t get three hearts at all. Very small and i haven’t noticed any other problems.
Anyway, this app is pretty good and it’s helped me so much when I feel down.

So Sweet!!

I normally NEVER write reviews for apps but I couldn’t not write one for this app because I LOVE this app and here’s why:

1. The duck is super duper cute. He runs around and swims around and is overall a vibe.
2. The wide variety of free mental exercises that I actually enjoy doing is super awesome. Most of these apps have exercises that I just don’t think are fun nor helpful.
3. The bamboo forest!! Quite literally my favorite part of this app. I love seeing all the sweet messages people send and I love sending sweet things back! It’s just a huge uplifting community. It makes my day to see all of the kind words.
