When a student applies for your job, you'll see a full profile, plus all the jobs they've worked in the past and performance reviews from other employers in your area.
QuadJobs is free to students and they keep every penny they earn. Employers pay $7 a post after receiving two applicants, or $35 for a year of unlimited posts.

Excellent job source for students
Quad jobs has been so helpful to supplement college and grad school expenses. There are a lot of flexible one time jobs locally in the neighborhood. The new app just launched (looks great aside from some profile issues ) and there are more and more families and organizations are utilizing the service to hire students.
QuadJobs makes my life easier
I cannot stress enough how many times Quadjobs has saved me. Whether I was looking for a babysitter for my children, someone to help with a project around the house, or to get an extra set of hands addressing holiday cards around the holidays. I have had so many great experiences with the quadjobbers, as they seem to get really first class people who want to work.
