Phone is getting hot compare to any other camera app like zmodo Wyze. Start up takes long time
App took out a camera on the app
The app stooped showing a camera all of a sudden on my iPhone 13, had to reinstall the app to get the camera back.
Takes too long to load sometimes. This is a great combination of software and harware, needs to work without fail for my usecase of havong old parents not able to get to the door
Buggy annoying app
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Always buggy and slow to open. Sometimes just won’t work for a few hours with no explanation. People buy cameras as a critical service. There is an expectation of quality. Now the help desk email is even shut down.
