They are like a lot of these startups apps included and corporations nothing new here they get their money from the backs of the little people while the little people break their backs for them while they get rich so what they do is give you half of the value of your gift cards. Also this is a Nigerian company so they’ll pay you in their local currency. Some kid came up with this app to steal money for nothing from desperate consumers. Keep your gift cards spend them or give them to family or friends. To the developer you need to give 80 to 90 percent of the face value 10 to 20 percent commission for you is enough to stay in business.

I chose this app because they advertise instant payments. I entered all the gift card info and nothing. I did not receive any instant payment or even any kind of update or status of the transaction, no transaction receipt, nothing.
Tried to contact support through chat, said I needed help with selling my gift cards and instantly got a response asking about my cards. Once I told them that I had entered them and have not received payment, no response ever since.
I had a bad feeling and checked balance to find that both my cards had been completely emptied. Still no payment. Still no responses through support chat.
Tried emailing the support number and am told be patient while the transaction is processing except they have already taken the funds. I asked when I’d receive payment, nothing. Asked to just return the card funds and cancel any account with them, nothing. No response from support email since either.
Tried calling the support number provided but am forwarded instantly.

To sum it up these people are thieves. They are scamming people for the little bit of funds they have worked so hard to get. They just keep lying and then just totally ignore or block you once they’ve taken your money. But I should have known better, what else would you expect from a company based in Nigeria.

This is my first time using this app and I checked my balance on my card and seen that I had $50 at 11:30 PM. I processed my card through them and it remained pending until 2 AM when they told me that I was denied because my card was used when I called to check to see when my balance had been used it was used it around midnight while my card with pending on their app so either they have a dirty employee that is using up peoples gift cards and then they become not useful or the whole app is a scam. I don’t know but now they’re trying to tell me they didn’t steal my money that it was used gift card already but it was not used when I checked it and put it on their app at 11:30 PM but somehow during that time “checking it” it was all used up and not by me!! Now I’m looking in to see about what I can do about it! When I contacted them, they basically told me to prove it
