I’m sure it’s great, but I can’t register

After about twenty attempts to register my account, I give up. Y’all didn’t make anything about the process easy but I would have persevered if I had been able to.

It’s crazy that you insist folks need to add a bio and a pic just to sign up — that’s an investment in time that most people want to do after they’re logged in. Any why is a nickname required? I don’t have one.

But I dutifully filled my profile out anyway, only to continue to be told I need to add a profile picture when I already have. It seems to delete the profile pic when I hit register and no matter how many times I try to upload another picture and try again I get the same issue. It doesn’t help that I also have to make sure to hit that I accept the terms and conditions each and every time because it clears my response.

I’m sure you have a tiny or nonexistent budget. I think this is a fabulous concept. I joined because you advertised with ComfyFat on Instagram and I love and want to support them. But you absolutely need to make it possible for people to sign up and once that’s fixed you need to make it EASY.

Good in theory

The idea is great and it definitely addresses a need in the community. The only problem is no one is active on the app. I imagine they all created an account and deleted the app. This isn’t necessarily the developers fault, but it does mean there is little incentive for folks to stay on and use the app. It’s glitchy: the location doesn’t really work, profile updates don’t save, you can’t search for people, and the messaging is confusing. Perhaps this just needs to gain momentum after the overall idea has been fully developed.

Good in theory...

I was hopeful downloading this but after creating a profile and signing in, I found that there were very few people in my area. After scrolling through the few people around, I decided to delete my profile. Unfortunately, despite the information saying you can do that from settings, there is no place to delete within the app. In fact, there doesn’t appear to be any way to delete your profile at all. Too bad.
