Description
Quest Portal is a powerful virtual tabletop for playing TTRPGs on desktop and mobile devices. Easy to set up, yet packed with powerful and innovative features such as:
THE MOBILE VTT
Game Masters create campaigns using the Quest Portal website and invite players to join from the comfort of their mobile phones. So your adventures are never more than a few taps away.
CHARACTER SHEETS
Create and play characters using the Enhanced Call of Cthulhu Sheet or build sheets from scratch using the intuitive Universal Sheets. Add Roll Buttons to initiate dice rolls that support most game systems.
THE QUEST PORTAL ASSISTANT
Feel more confident about the rules with the Quest Portal Assistant. Have an impartial arbiter make rule judgments and even generate NPCs while the players talk.
3D DICE ROLLER
Hit the dice pad for your standard d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, and the d% (aka d100) rolls, or save more complex formulas (or macros) on the web for easy access from mobile.
BATTLEMAPS & SCENES
Join your campaigns through tactical battles and atmospheric scenes. Move your tokens around with your group of friends or like-minded strangers.
CAMPAIGN CHAT
Communicate with your adventuring party, share handouts and GIFs, schedule upcoming sessions, and even roll dice directly in the chat. Type commands such as "/roll d20" or "/r 4d6kh3" to roll custom dice.
Quest Portal allows you to be more adventurous with your role-playing games - So gather your friends and let the storytelling begin.

Ratings and Reviews
Just what I was looking for
My group just started to move off 5e and wanted to run Call of Cthulhu. I was also looking to move off Fantasy Grounds and wanted something simple to use but offered a more immersive online experience while being browser based. I’ve tried numerous VTT’s, Foundry, Role, Alchemy and Owlbear. It finally came down to Alchemy and Quest Portal. QP is the clear winner. I wanted something simple to use, something with character sheets, dice roller and media support. I love how tabletop audio is integrated into it. It’s hard to beat the core book subscription, the AI integration is also a plus. If want to play Call of Cthulhu online this is the VTT for you.
Would like to see some new things added to mobile!
The app is really cool and great if you don’t have a physical table to play with or minis and whatnot. However it’s extremely limited on mobile without the ability to access campaign notes or library really. I do like the app though!
Developer Response ,
Hi Jenna! We couldn't agree more, so we just released an update that brings your character sheets to the mobile app. We just added both the Enhanced Call of Cthulhu Sheet, as well as the Universal Sheets to mobile. Next up we'll be working on bringing Notes and Library to our mobile app :)
The best app on my phone
Literally obsessed with this app. There are a few issues I’m waiting for the developers to update before I rate it 5 stars and sign up for the subscription service. The website has substantially increased functionality compared to the app but as they are relatively new I’m being patient and waiting. I truly believe, with time and updates, Quest Portal can be improved to be the definitive app for role playing games easily rivaling Roll20 or World Anvil
Updates I’m waiting for
Including but not limited to:
Change character avatars on app, can only do on website
Add a hidden tab to character sheets that only dm can see while the rest remains open to the players (currently I have 2 copies of most characters 1 hidden 1 not)
Create custom template sheets besides blank and call of Cthulhu
Toggle display of hidden characters so the game master can easily see just what the players see
Undo button mostly for when I accidentally delete a detailed table
Filter by which campaign instead of just in/out of campaign
Create places/factions not just people
Access notes on app
A map building function instead of just uploading pictures and putting a grid over them
I am also waiting for developers to post more tutorials on YouTube so I fully explore and be aware of all the amazing tools Quest Portal has to offer
