THE MOST CUSTOMIZABLE BROWSER
Create your perfect browsing experience, from feature-packed toolbars to minimalist designs that maximize webpage space.
• Personalize the toolbar by selecting the buttons you use most frequently. Optimize button placement and order for easy one-handed navigation, or if you are left-handed.
• Personalize the popup menu by selecting the buttons you use less frequently. Tweak each button size and placement.
• Personalize the address bar contents: show the page title, read time, site favicon, adjust the text size, and choose from a range of elegant visual styles.
• Personalize the toolbar color. Go white, gray, pink, dark, or even full black, and set different styles for light and dark modes.
• Personalize the long-press context menu.
• Optional full-screen reading on scroll.
• Universal search engine support.
ENHANCED TAB MANAGEMENT
For those struggling with tab management (no judgment), sort tabs by read time, group them by domain, and display them in list or grid views.
CLEAN BROWSING
Quiche Browser automatically blocks ads, trackers, cookie banners, and various other types of insufferable nuisances by default.

A minimalists dream
tl;dr An incredibly creative and well crafted browser with tons of potential from a developer who cares
I want to start by saying, I can’t believe this app doesn’t have more attention. I was reading an article that popped up talking about this app. It sounded unique and immediately piqued my interest when it mentioned “customizable browser”. I honestly have been looking for something like this for years and I’ve tried everything but nothing could convince me to stay. I ended up sticking with Safari purely because of continuity, a slightly feeling of minimalism, and functionality. However, Quiche is truly unique with its simplicity. Just the mere fact that you could move the back button to the other side of the address bar sold me. Along with that, there’s tons of other options and ways to make it your own.
The cherry on top for me was the care from the developer. I had a couple questions regarding some functionality in the app and was able to contact him directly through his instagram. He took the time to answer my questions along with taking any feedback and requests. Sure, the browser is missing some things but I’m not worried in the slightest that it will stay that way. Keep up the good work

It was very nice chatting on Instagram the other day 😊
Thank you so much for taking the time to write that incredibly kind review, and your great support!
Great alternative to existing browsers
I’ve found this browser while I was searching for an alternative to Safari on Reddit.
The greatest strengths of this browser are its minimalism and customizability. As soon as I opened the browser for the first time, I really liked the minimalistic design of the browser. It doesn’t feel “gimmicky,” unlike most other browsers I have used. I like Safari for that reason as well, but unfortunately, it lacks the customizability that this browser has.
In terms of customizability, the browser allows you to customize which functions to include on the taskbar and there’s a lot of them to choose from. You can even choose different types of toolbars. Not only that, there’s a lot more other things you can customize, such as whether you want to display the keyboard automatically when you open a new tab.
When it comes to speed, in my personal experience, it feels fast. I compared against Safari and Brave, and to me Quiche browser felt just as fast as Safari and a bit faster than Brave.
Although this browser is still in its early stage, it’s already very useable and I find myself using it more than other browsers. Of course there are things that it could improve upon, but the developer is very responsive and cares about user feedback, which I appreciate a lot.
P.S. I think it’d be great to be able to adjust the size of the address bar as well.
Developer Response ,
Wow, I cannot thank you enough for writing that awesome review. I do have a few ideas in mind to let users tweak the vertical position of the address bar to suit their preferences.
Thank you very much for your super helpful feedback, and please keep it coming 🙏
Innovative browser
Although not yet my default browser (that is Orion), I use it quite a bit. In particular, the option of a button for toggling Javascript is incredibly useful for stopping pop-up videos, which to me are the bane of the internet. The built-in ad blocking is good; it even blocked Twitter ads until just recently (now I only use Twitter on the desktop since none of the mobile blockers I've tried stop the truly intolerable ads.). Closing tabs is also quite easy from the toolbar, though I would prefer if the last closed tab would revert to the favorites page as that would save me a step in having to open it rather than just looking at a blank page. A wishlist would include an option to block all video/images with a toolbar toggle and gestures as in Orion allowing closing a page with a swipe up and some more options. Keep up the good work!

Thank you very much for taking the time to write such detailed feedback! As I always wondered if the toggle JS button was actually used, that was awesome to read 😅
More powerful gestures in tabs and tab overview, and more granular blocking options are definitely on the todo list. I'm also getting more and more feedback about how useless is the tab overview when empty, and thinking of an elegant way that would work for everyone.
Thanks so much for sticking around! Will do my best to earn a spot as your default browser 😊🙇♂️🙏
