Just what I needed

This is a great little app for creating virtual iBeacons. My company mailed me a physical iBeacon, but after it arrived I still found myself using Quick Beacon for testing.

Simple, effective, and free app that actually works.

There are a number of these synthetic beacon apps on the App Store. I tried perhaps a half dozen and this was the only one that did what I needed. Most other apps had severe interface handicaps on the device I used — an old iPhone 5S. This app worked well on that device. Also, the ability to define multiple beacons and color code them in the interface was ideal for my purposes. I can enable and disable each beacon at will and watch my app respond. This speeds development and testing because I don’t have to walk my app between distributed beacons — I just cycle through those I’ve defined in QuickBeacon on my phone. Thank you for providing a well thought out and functional utility free of charge.
