Description

Quick Lettertracker makes it easy for you to add USPS postal barcodes to your cards and envelopes and then track them as they move through the postal system.

No more dropping your mail into the box and wondering when or if it will ever will get delivered!

The USPS Informed Visibility tracking system tracks the progress of barcoded cards and envelopes as they move through the mail processing system, and they'll share that information with you for free.

But you need a way to add the barcodes to your mail and a simple way to read the tracking results. That's where Quick Lettertracker comes in!

Just enter a zip code or a complete address in Quick Lettertracker, and it will instantly print an accurate barcode on your First Class mail.

After you've mailed it, go back to Quick Lettertracker and you'll see the latest tracking information from USPS. Including a complete tracking history.

Already have a solution for creating barcodes? No problem. Quick Lettertracker can get tracking information for your mail even if you used other software to create the barcodes. And, it can also track entire mail trays and sacks using the tracking number on the tag.

Quick Lettertracker is easy to use and quick to set up. Best of all, Quick Lettertracker is from Postage Saver Software, the leader in helping small businesses and nonprofits save postage for more than 25 years!

What’s New

Version 1.3.3

The tracking information now includes the date when the mail piece was accepted by USPS, if USPS has provided that date for the piece being tracked. It will show on the tracking screen if there is not a more current tracking scan, and it will be included in the tracking history. This may give you a quicker confirmation that the piece has been mailed, rather than waiting for the first processing scan.

We fixed a bug where the text was too small on printouts.

We updated the software to run properly on the Sonoma operating system.

USPS has changed how some processing steps are reported in the tracking system, and those changes are included in this update.
