Just what I need

I’ve used this app for over 5 years. Recently I tried another one because I was having issues sending invoices by emails, they will stay in the outbox until I opened the email app. I ended up using Quick Sale again because Invoice To Go didn’t come close to providing half the features this one do. Thanks for such a great program!
I still have the same issue with the email not going out once in a while. But I think it’s an issue with my iPad and not the app. At least I found out emails get sent once I open the email app.

Thank you for your review. To make an invoice non-taxable just tap the plus icon (+) at the left-hand side of the Tax subtotal line and then turn off the option 'This Client is Taxable'. You don't need to remove the tax for each line item. Also, the ability to set a customers as tax exempt is planned for version 2.8. Thank you.

They dont answer any tickets

Hello application have problem with recipet when region format changed on some languages like Persian Iran or Arabic Kuwait! When I want do anything that need to access recipet option application crash and close automatically... But over a month we submitted a lot of tickets and email to this developer but they didn't give us any answer!

We responded to the email that you sent us and it bounced back indicating that your mailbox is disabled. We searched our support emails and didn't find any previous emails from you!
We always try to fix any issues as soon as possible and will investigate the problem you're having with the region format.
If possible send us another support email with the correct email address. We'll need more information from you to help us resolve the issue.
