QuickPlan 3D - Floor plans 4+

I'm a real estate photographer and I recently added basic floorplans to my list of offerings for brokers and agents. I needed an app that would be easy and fast to use and this one fit the bill. I use a laser measurement tool to quickly take the dimensions of the various rooms and then I use those measurements to put together a nice professional looking floorplan using Quickplan 3D. I had to go into the help menu a few times, but all the info is there. For the small cost of this app, I have no complaints. I do not use too many of the higher end features, but for my needs it has everything I want at a small cost.

Pros:
1) No subscription (thank goodness) if you want that they have other software that gives you that.
2) I love the messurements that auto show up and show you distance from things. So helpful to get a good gage on size and things.
3) Great to see the over all square feet of the house and rooms.
4) Companion app is nice for iPad (an additional $9.00).
5) You can export as a DXF format
6) 3D view is nice
7) Simple to use and drag and drop is nice.
8) You can double click to add exact dimentions of objects which is so helpful. Type them in as feet or inches with ' or "

Cons:
1) There is no option dragging to duplicate objects you have already made.
2) When you have made an object size you cann't duplicate it.
3) No vehicles to put in the garage so you have to use a box or something similar.
4) Missing keyboard shortcuts for tools and things like command d to duplicate, command a to select all (you have to go to the toolbar to select everything.
5) No way that I can find to add a walk way to a garage.
6) Emailing them for templates that they say you can ask for on their site has taken days and still not reply, support is slow and poor.
7) I might be doing something wrong but after reading all the documentation and watching videos I don't see an easy way to make a second floor over part of the house.

This app is good for a quick floorplan and there are not many controls, but the available controls seem to be able to do the basics. I am still searching for a floorplan application that is both as easy to learn as this one, but with some more functions, like control of the "snap-to" grid, manual entry of measurements (to improve on precision mousing), the ability to 'save as' a new filename, and many more functions.
I am going to keep on using this app and look for a more robust version of it.
