I originally made this to help my wife, who had to write weekly schedules for a small business — schedules that changed from week to week, sometimes minute to minute.
Add, delete or edit shifts with their names and start and stop times. Add your employees, then tap the shift, tap the employee, and they're assigned. Swipe to unassign, or tap a different name to swap them. It's hard to make a mistake.
As you go, each employee's total hours update automatically, so you always know who is scheduled for what. No calculator required.
When the week is ready, tap the Q and QuickSchedule turns it into a clean PDF — send it to your staff by message or email, drop it in Files, or send it straight to the office printer for the break room wall.
QuickSchedule is free. No ads, no accounts, no in-app purchases, and nothing is collected from you — your schedule never leaves your device unless you share it yourself.

This app is really simple to use and fast to learn. I am a small business owner of a security company. When I downloaded it I had a problem with trying to edit the shift times and the app would shut down. At first I thought it was the app. I contacted the creator of the app and advised him of the problem. He was fast at responding and trying to help me out. It didn't matter what time it was, he took the time to respond to all emails promptly. It turned out that the problem wasn't the app, it was a setting in my phone that wasn't allowing me to make a change and shut the app down each time. All in all I highly recommend this app for anyone that has a business and needs to get a Schedule out to there employees fast and easy. Thanks for your time and help Darrell!!

This app is super easy to use. ONLY thing is, I would like to be able to do more than one week at a time (the entire year would be ideal)!
QuickSchedule is free now, and it will stay that way.
I wrote this app in 2013 and took it down a few years later when my career took over. Bringing it back meant catching up on thirteen years of app development, so most of this release is exactly that — the codebase has been modernized to meet current standards and it runs properly on modern iPhones again.
Also in this version:
• The schedule now shares as a proper PDF — send it to your staff, or print it for the break room wall
• Removed the Apple Watch app, because I lost my Apple Watch
• Changed the price to free, because money is overrated. Am I right?
• The developer's hair has mysteriously gotten a lot grayer, and nowhere near as thick. Hmmm.
