Barely works / condescending support
Easily one of the worst business apps I’ve ever used (web and mobile). Founder is rude, condescending when contacted for support. App would stop working entirely for weeks at a time, no reply from support. Would variously not send scheduled messages for no reason. Cannot initiate a new message in app - only on web.
