You probably don’t pay much attention to how you pay for your fare until you encounter a problem. Problems like fumbling for cash, unresponsive fare boxes, wrinkled and wet tickets, losing your change card, or forgetting how much time is left on your pass. QuickTicket eliminates these problems and speeds up the boarding process.

With the QuickTicket app you can:

- Purchase passes and load money to your account.

- Scan your card’s QR code to board any WeGo service.

- Manage multiple cards and their value and passes.

- Set up Automatic Reloads for any pass or dollar amount.

- View card history.

Crashes and requires frequent redownloads

After a while anytime I click “manage” the app crashes. The only way to fix this is to delete and redownload the app, which isn’t exactly what I’d call “quick.”

Adding passes to Apple Pay would be awesome as well

Was this really developed this decade?

Incredibly cumbersome signup, no Apple Pay support, *impossible* to use two passes in sequence because they don’t get their own QR codes, but they don’t tell you this when you buy them. It seems like company that made this has cheated the taxpayers. Never used a transit app this bad.

Forgot to mention, while you’re messing around trying to get it to work, the app will also randomly crash.

Can’t even Sign In!

The concept and execution of traditional fare for the bus system is great, but I can’t even sign in the app! I know my account is current and valid because I can navigate the website to reload my card in my web browser of choice, but all I get is an error message that says “400 null”. Shame. I was hoping the app would be quicker and more convenient than using my browser 🤷🏾‍♀️.
