Quillo is a new, easy to use and time saving digital mobile platform designed to engage, inspire and educate organizations that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a Quillo subscription (required), the app engages them in the organizational culture, connecting people with the “why” of what they are doing, providing a special focus on their personal well-being, inspiring them on how important they are to the people they support, drawing them closer to the organization they work for and engaging them in the mission. This engagement will lead to lower turnover, with a staff more focused on their job, more satisfied in making a difference and the impact they have on the people they support.
Quillo pushes active content out daily to employees using their smart devices. They will get a text, taking them to a short 60-second or less video, a Quick, designed to inspire, educate and engage them in the why of what they are doing.
The platform will provide daily videos from over 40 threads building on the theory of well-being. Every day a new video designed to inspire, educate and engage your workforce in the why of what they are doing.
The platform also supports the subscribing agency recording their own short videos to send to employees, and in coming months provide a simple and easy way to survey staff anonymously or identified; and provide a tool for individual staff to easily record positive impact stories, testimonials and relevant stories and submit to an agency moderator to share throughout the agency.
Quillo Videos are organized in four areas: Focus of the Day , Shared Experiences, Learn Together, and Take A Moment. Videos are all tagged and categorized. The software will automatically learn from their choices and what they watch to feed more of those topics to them. Each section can search other videos by that topic or that author of the video allowing for exploration of topics. In addition, each video can be rated which will also be learned by the software and will influence the rotation of future videos.

With a subscription, users gain full access to all app features. This includes unlimited use of the Daily Focus, the complete Library, and the Quillo Library. Subscribers can also create up to 2 Circles and invite up to 5 additional members to each Circle, for a total of 7 participants.
