Quit Smoking Without Effort

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad

Ever seen a quit smoking or vaping program that didn’t feel like slow torture? Quitting with Quit Guru is as easy as hitting the play button and listening to therapy sessions for a few minutes a day. FORGET CRAVINGS AND ANXIETY Quit Guru gently removes your desire to smoke or vape, taking away cravings and anxiety along with it.
PREVENT RELAPSES Unlike other approaches, we support you even after you quit, so you stay nicotine-free for good. BUILD HEALTHY HABITS Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Self-Determination Theory-based approach helps you get to the root of addiction and swap out addictive behaviors for healthy ones. HOW IT WORKS Let’s be honest—quitting isn’t just about stopping smoking or vaping. When you quit unprepared, temptations keep coming, and cravings stick around. This leads to relapse and disappointment. No wonder 95 out of 100 people who try to quit “cold turkey” fail after the first year. That’s why we don’t tell you to quit immediately. First, you learn about addiction and why you keep using nicotine. Then, you discover your own reasons for quitting. Finally, you learn to build healthy habits and remove addictive ones. In just 30 days, you get all the prep you need to make quitting feel like the obvious, effortless choice. The best part? Once you stop smoking or vaping, we continue to support you. Our ongoing audio sessions, practices, and Emergency button help you handle any challenges, ensuring you stay nicotine-free. Imagine waking up every day feeling free from nicotine’s grip. With Quit Guru, you’re not just quitting—you’re taking back control of your life, your health, and your future. And we have your back every step of the way. HOW IT’S STRUCTURED 1. Our program combines two powerful and scientifically-validated approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Self-Determination Theory (SDT). This allows us to methodically address both the psychological and motivational aspects of nicotine addiction. The program’s core principles of understanding addiction, breaking addictive behaviors, and building up the motivation to quit work regardless of what nicotine product you use. This has allowed thousands of our program participants to break free from addiction and develop the mindset that’s needed to stay nicotine-free for good. As a result, our low refund rate speaks volumes about the effectiveness of the program. To date, fewer than 3% of the program participants have requested refunds under our “quit or get your money back” guarantee.

With this major release, we are introducing thoroughly reviewed and expanded program content. The new content includes updated program sessions, a variety of new mindfulness and breathing practices, expanded Emergency button content, and a new detailed audio guide for staying in shape after you quit. The release also better integrates and personalizes previously separate quitting and staying nicotine-free programs. The program content now adjusts to your nicotine use preferences and quitting milestones. With this release, we’re also introducing our new journaling feature that allows our program participants to effortlessly keep track of their program progress and key quitting journey events, as well as make personal journal entries. On top of that, we’ve fixed a handful of annoying bugs and noticeably improved the app’s overall performance. “First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.” ― Epictetus
