I am trying to decrease the amount I smoke before quitting. After answering a few basic questions, the app said my daily goal was to not smoke today. When I hit “failed”, the app took me right back to the beginning and repeated the questions about age, gender, and how long/much I’ve smoked. Hitting “obey” does nothing. There is no way to log cravings.
I’m not sure what the activities/rewards button does... it is just a number of images. Perhaps I need to decipher them to figure out alternative activities and the rewards of not smoking?
This app sounds very promising, but needs a lot of work to fulfill its potential.
