Buggy App
I was very exited to have discovered a quran khatem app. After using it for almost a month, this app has disappointed me in a big way. The App doesn't even perform it's fundamental function accurately. It loses the last place of reading. It doesn't calculate the percentage completed accurately. The percentage completed displayed graph is wrong. In dark mode, all texts under the profile disappear. Their daily donation reminder is very annoying.
To make matters worst, their WhatsApp support number is very unresponsive and of no help. I have left several messages with Screenshots pointing out the issues with no response. I am a developer and know that this app hasn't been QA tested properly and should have never been released. I really wish that they will fix all the bugs because the App can be very helpful if functioned properly.
The app was funnded by a launch good campaign. You owe it to all who funded this app to fix all the issues.
