Resonances is an application built to help you relax, meditate or sleep through a soundtrack specifically created by Solrey and Béatrice Sauvageot with the Traffic Quintet on music by Alexandre Desplat, combining soundtracks and diverse texts and poetry read at specific rhythms to create some kind of neurological massages of different areas of your brain.

Born out of the collaboration between Solrey, founder of the Traffic Quintet, Béatrice Sauvageot and Alexandre Desplat, it is a wonderful tool that is easy to apprehend and with multiple benefits. It is a great support for meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, as a sleeping aid or to help you brain recover from tougher days...

Suitable for all ages, Resonances is made for adults, teenagers and children alike.
Sessions are also available in lengths of 5, 10 or 20 minutes so you can choose the length to easily fit with your schedule.

Visuals are provided through soft evolving coloured gradients synced to the sound to create a soothing environment and a fully immersive experience, and to help you focus and let go...
