What a wonderful app!!!
I was pretty skeptical at first but this is a really great app!! It’s not like other fitness apps that focus solely on fitness. This app takes a more holistic approach, addressing all aspects of self care: mind, body, and soul. The workouts are all at varying levels of intensity for beginners and expert alike and you will definitely sweat! I
