R+F has a serious lack of attention on their tech

I am a fairly new consultant, but R+F’s (seeming) disregard for their e-business tools is disheartening at best, and downright criminal at worst. Y’all, did you forget that we actually PAY YOU to have access to this service (e.g. PULSE)? It hasn’t worked even once since I signed up in February. And yes, I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, am running the latest version of iOS on an iPhone XS Max, and I’ve hard rebooted my phone... and just like most of the other reviewers here, I’ve had zero luck!
I can’t say what this app would do for me, because it’s never bloody worked.
As a person who’s worked in tech, and as someone who relies on their iPhone for just about everything they do (who has time to deal with schlepping around their laptop?!), this is exactly the kind of thing that will make me quit the business - before I can even begin! Unfair, exhausting, and dare I say, a rip off? How can I possibly bring more clients and consultants into the fold, if the tech R+F is using is a straight up joke (this includes many aspects of your web portals too!)? Are you guys having trouble recruiting and retaining good Devs? (hint: pay them what Google/FB, etc. does!) Extremely frustrating. Extremely disappointed. Impossible to recommend. Bummer!

Horrible service and response

I have been trying to get a response from R + F regarding my malfunction in my app for OVER A MONTH. I am a consultant and depend on this app daily for my business. It has been giving me a “system error” message consistently. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and even spent several hours on the phone with Apple to see if they could help....then at the end they sent me back to the app developer who don’t have a direct contact, phone number or anything. So here I am again having my business dependent on waiting for a phone call. Do not depend on this app. It’s great when it is working but R + F is quite behind....as there is info that can ONLY be accessed via the app and not when logged in online. When it is not working, you are at the mercy of a tech department that really doesn’t care about its consultants! It is ridiculous that this app is the only way to see what your preferred customers have in their carts....that function is not available on the online platform. VERY aggravating!

UPDATE: I have STILL not been able to get a response to my malfunctioning app despite NUMEROUS phone calls. It has now been 3 months of me attempting to get help!

R+F should be embarrassed at calling this a Tool for their Consultants!

I’ve used previous versions of this app and have become dependent on the easy format for managing my monthly orders and customers. I’m a busy, full time working mom and only have time to work this side business from my phone so I have come to depend on this app. It stopped functioning about a month ago with the latest major update and now I can only access my data by deleting and reinstalling the app. Ok bugs happen... but the fact that it has not been fixed in a MONTH? Clearly they either don’t value their consultants (which they should since we’re their sales and revenue engine!), don’t have a competent IT team or simply aren’t willing to pony up the $ to pay for fixes. Shameful.
