I love the platform for events/ Have one issue though

I was trying to get a refund for my ticket for the leather strip concert before they ended because I had an emergency and was unable to make it to the show but unfortunately was unable to get a refund or even a credit for my ticket.
I’m very bummed out about this situation because I was under the impression that I was able to get my money back if the concert didn’t start by a few of your customer service representatives.
I would very much appreciate it if you could please help me out with this matter and please refund me for my ticket that I should have been able to get refunded before the deadline.

I first found out about it years ago when I was in Sydney, Australia
Friends were looking for something to do but we hail from the US and knew no one
One friend brought up Resident Advisor as THE source for club nights anywhere in the world
We found a night to go to and since then I’ve used it as my definitive source for going out

The absolute BEST

I love this app and what RA’s been able to do. Whenever I’m unable to get tickets for a show I can almost always find them here, and when my friends bail it’s so easy to instantly resell a ticket. Really takes the pressure and pain out of concert and party tickets. Not to mention their fees are always way less than other platforms. I also love their UI, super simple and clean. Highly recommend this app!
