Terrible

My experience with this app has been frustrating. I placed an order and was left waiting for 5 hours, only for it to be canceled without any notification or reason. This poor service and lack of communication are incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this app to others based on this experience.

Actually 20 minutes & large selection

The order actually arrives in 20 minutes, with a professional delivery person. But they also have a huge selection, including products from Gourmet Egypt. Hopefully they can keep it up.

The best one in Egypt

I tried so many groceries apps and this one is by far the quickest and the best one yet.

The only thing I can recommend that they work on more is their customer support. I tried so many similar services and this one is definitely a keeper
