Absolutely terrible. Never Again
I tried using this mobile app to deposit a check into my account. Two days later, the funds are still not in my account. So I drove to the bank to deposit the check. The girl there tells me that I can't deposit it there and just have to wait a few more days and "if I put the check into their ATM they would close my account for trying to "scam" them." Excuse me? They threaten to close my account because the bank isn't competent enough to process a simple check on time. You've got to be kidding me. What's the point of doing a mobile deposit if the funds aren't available for several days. It's good to know this is how Rabobank treats its customers. I'll never use this app again and honestly I'm considering switching banks because of how rude they were to me for simply asking why my own funds haven't posted to my account on time.

Our Y has been with rabobank since the moment they opened in California, as well as my husband an I with our personal accounts. When rabobank took over a local bank the relationships developed over the years could easily have been lost. Without the amazing personal touch of their employees , such as dave Wright, Angelica Gutierrez and Marian Lavagnino, the connectivity would have been lost in the transition. Happy ending and continued retention are a direct result of these relationships!
I don’t know if this feedback will get up to corporate so they can light a fire under their developers but Here it is, this app is terrible. I have been with Rabobank since I was 18(I’m 25 now) and in recent years I have had really bad experiences with this bank/app. Everything from check direct deposits, to ACH debit transactions clearing weeks later if not days later. It’s bad, how can you micro manage when your bank account has over half of your transactions “pending” it’s just a really bad app and service from Rabobank. I’m switching in July to my local credit union.
