Ratings and Reviews
Not sure why everyone doesn’t use it
The app is extremely helpful in tracking your points, sales, and the rewards. You also can find other locations with the app as well. I know it’s just another app but think about it gas is the thing you have to do. So you might as well do it it well.
Email Coupons
I have received several email that have coupons attached and when you click on it to add it to your account, it doesn’t work. I have the app loaded on my device, but I never see the coupons there. I know there’s a.” disclaimer.” That says for participating locations, but how do you know without having to ask someone? The lines are always long so I don’t wanna ask. I took advantage of one of the coupons yesterday and I was charged full price and that upset me. So why bother sending me these emails with these coupons that don’t do anything. This happened about three times now.
However, I do like being able to get out of the store quickly. I appreciate that.
RaceTrac Rewards!
I use this app at least three times per week. The app is extremely user-friendly. I have no problems navigating. Also the app is so aesthetically pleasing. It makes me want to shop at RaceTrac as the color way draws me in. Recommended to my friends and family that they get the app!
