Rack is your completely free personal trainer for home gym users. Create custom workouts based on your home gym equipment, goals, and feedback. No subscriptions, sign-up or handing over personal data - just gains.

Rack tailors workouts to your preferences and the equipment available in your home gym, or you can use it when you head to your local gym.

• Effective gym workouts, customized to you and your fitness goals

Tell Rack your goals (build strength, lose weight, etc.) and available equipment (weights, bodyweight, etc.) and it builds custom workouts that vary every session to mix things up and stop you plateauing. Provide feedback after each workout and Rack will adjust future workouts and track your strength levels for future workouts.
