我们允许用户订购/升级到各种付费版本。我们在Radar应用中支持的3种订购计划：标准版、专业版和企业版。用户可以在任何版本上注册，并获得15天的免费试用期，随后可以升级到相应的订购计划。用户可以选择按月或按年订购，任何版本的年度版订购计划将会享受到折扣优惠。

* 当您购买确认后，付款将从您的iTunes账户中扣除。
* 您的订购将会自动续订。如果您在当前周期内提前至少24小时前关闭自动续订，下个订购周期将不会续订。
* 账户将在本周期结束前24小时内自动续费。
* 购买后，可以通过用户的“账户设置”来管理订购和关闭自动续订。

Perfect for management

Great! Our management team utilizes this tool perfectly! They don’t understand all the options in desk, they just need the numbers and stats. Thank you! I do agree though, these tools being part of desk just to save space app wise would be nice.

Good layout, app doesn’t work right though.

First off, I love the layout of this app compared to the standard desk app. 10/10 on that one. The additional features are super nice as well.

That being said, I’m having trouble with the app staying up to date on what is happening in Desk. The ticket counts are frequently off and sometimes tickets that are there don’t show up.

It's disheartening for us to see you facing issues with the ticket count in your Radar app.

We have tested the same, but couldn't reproduce the issue in our testbed. It would be great if you could write to us on support[at]zohodesk[dot]com with the screen-shots and the details of the data that you are trying to check through the app. This will help us to address your concern.

Great app with good insight- but...

I actually really like this app. There is a lot of good insight to support Zoho desk and to get a sense of the inbound/outbound traffic.

The reason for the one star review is that I believe that these features should be included IN the Zoho Desk app - NOT as a separate app.

I already have a folder full of Zoho apps... I don't really need another one when all of these features could have been included within the original Zoho desk app.

First off, thanks for your comments on the Radar app. We are happy to hear that you like app very much!

That being said, we understand your disappointment that you don't want two apps for handling the ticket management. In fact, the Radar app not just have the insights, but also the tickets related to the stats are just a click away on the numbers. So, you will not miss any functionalities in the app. Moreover, users can get going with their day-to-day activities (like ticket replies, comments, collision detection, feeds, etc.,) without any stoppage. Please give it a try and we are sure you will love it more.

We are adding more admin/manager focused functionalities in the Radar app, and that should justify that users will need this app for a proactive mode.
